• Maestro turns fine Italian dining into a cultural experience with an authentic menu, exquisite service and an extensive wine list. The chefs insist on only the best ingredients and the finest spices in preparing culinary creations such as the Flaky Cod Fillet with Broccoli Panna Cotta, Olives and Capers; Nut Crusted Melted Goat Cheese with Fresh Pears; Roasted Bluefin Tuna and Foie Gras, Rossini Style.
