Jomo Kenyatta - On
Arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. The
Stanley has now entered its second centaury by re-adopting its
original character. From the movement you enter through the
revolving doors, you leave the heat and bustle of the modern
Nairobi of a world of cool Victorian elegance. Dinner this
evening is at the Carnivore Restaurant famous for its
Succulent steaks and barbecue and an excellent compliment to a
holiday in Kenya epically as a welcome meal. After
dinner return to the hotel for overnight.

y 02 |
Aberdare Range - After
breakfast in hotel you leave Nairobi and Journey North
Passing near Thika, which boasts the world's third largest
pineapple plantation , and Karatina with its colorful market .
Soon you'll reach Nyeri, one of Kenya's majors towns and
provincial headquaters , and then on to the base hotels set in
beautiful gardens with view of Mt. Kenya. Lunch at Aberdares
Country Club . Hotel transport takes you to ark lodge. . This
world famous tree lodges on stilts afford unforgettable night
time viewing of forest elephant and other game ,
including the endangered black rhino at the water hole and
salt lick. Among the game you are likely to see , please look
out for : Baboon , Buffalo, Bushbuck, Bush pig , Civets,
Duikers, Elephant , Giant Forest Hog , Colobus and syke's
Monkeys. The birdlife includes some spices not Common in other
places among them being : Green Ibis , Rufous Sparrow Hawk,
Mountain Buzzard, Crowned Eagle and the silvery Cheeked
hornbill. NB : Warm
Clothing is advisable as night tends to be chilly , but only
an overnight bag is required . The rest of the luggage is
stored at the base hotel.

03
|
Lake Nakuru National Park - 0900 hrs after
breakfast and retrieving your stored baggage , rejoin your driver
guide ready for your onwards journey . An early morning start
takes you northwest as you head for Nyahururu still known to many
as Thomson's falls for its 237? foot cascade . After a brief
stopover , travel in a Southerly direction to your next
destination : Lake Nakuru , coloured a Shimmering flamingo
pink from thousands of beautiful birds lining its shores. You'll
arrive at lion hill lodge affording unforgettable views of the
lake from its hillside preach. The lodge also is perfect base from
which explore the lake , with its fabulous array of birds as well
as many type of games , including water buck , rhino , leopard and
buffalo . Lunch in the lodge . Enjoy an afternoon game drive in
the park. A game drive in the Nakuru National park , which is , of
course, known for its bird life as thousand of flamingo make this
lake their home , among hundred of other species . But wild life
is also in abundance here. You'll see large numbers of waterbuck ,
Warthog , Impala , buffalo, plains games , Cheetah , and now rhino
, as lake Nakuru National park has been made into one of Kenya's
rhino sanctuary .

Day 04
|
Maasai
Mara Game -
Early breakfast in the lodge
.Leaving Flamingo fringed lake Nakuru behind ,You will head
southwards and turn right to Maai Mahiu to Ascend up over the top
of the Mau Escarpment. Then heading due south , you will travel
towards Narok , Gateway to Maasai Mara and district Headquaters of
this part of maasailand . You'll travel across the "breadbasket"
of Kenya covered with acres of wheat and barely , you'll reach
your destination ,Sarova Mara Tented lodge by lunch time. Located
with the boundaries of the Maasai Mara Game reserves this
comfortable luxury camp offers delicious meals and a
swimming pool , and makes a perfect base from which to explore the
wonders of this corner of Kenya . Lunch at the lodge . Evening
game drive in in this magnificent game reserve. Maasai Mara is an
extension of the Serengeti ecosystem to the south . Game abounds
here, particularly when the migration is on , and million of wild
beast and zebra make their way back and forth across the Mara
river on their annual trek. The Mara is also noted for its
abundance of lions - Particularly the super black manned malse.
You'll see lots of elephants here often in large herds , as well
as you are lucky Leopard , Cheetah, and Rhino. All of the big five
are residents. You're sure to see African buffalo . Get the camera
ready , Stock up on film and enjoy yourselves Return to the camp
in time to refresh for Dinner.

|
Maasai
Mara Game -
Enjoy a day of uninterrupted game
drives in this popular reserve renowned for its variety of plains
game such as the wild beast and zebra and its majestic predators .

Day 06 |
An Early breakfast in the camp .
Depart Maasai Mara and head back to Narok , district headquaters
of this part of Maasailand and travel across the vast plain on the
floor of the rift valley ? Keep an eye out for the herds of
Giraffe and Gazelle and head up the Rift Escarpment on a road
built by Italian Prisoner of war during World War II .
You'll arrive in Kenya's bustling Capital city in the early
afternoon . Lunch on own arrangements. Later transfer to the
airport of your departure flight. |
