For grown ups there are banana boat rides, sailing,
waterskiing, windsurfing, sports fishing, a variety of beach
games, and a dedicated lap pool for serious swimmers. On land we
offer four floodlit tennis courts as well as a state-of-the-art
gym, featuring resistance machines as well as steam rooms and
sauna for a total body workout. A variety of fitness classes are
available year round, from Aqua Aerobics to Thai Boxing.
If you love life on or in the water, our luxury beach resort

Guests can enjoy the pleasure of pure
relaxation on the resorts private Jumeirah beach shoreline
and the clear warm waters of the Arabian Gulf. The Mina
Seyahi boasts one of the longest stretches of private beach
in Dubai at 1200-metre.
Swimming Pool -
With 5 pools to choose from including a shaded
children's pool guests are spoilt for choice. All our pools
are temperature controlled and include pool bars and waiter
service. Sun loungers and towels are provided to all hotel
guests.
Fitness -
Club Mina Gym features a wide variety of cardio
machines as well as a hydraulic resistance circuit training
area. Our team of professional personal trainers are on hand
to help you keep fit during your holiday, there are also a
host of aerobic, yoga, pilates and Thai boxing classes to
choose from. The gym comes fitted with steam rooms, sauna
and plunge pools for the adventurous.
Penguin Club -
To ensure that both parents and children enjoy
their holiday, the children's complimentary "Penguin Club"
is available seven days a week. It provides various games
and activities, babysitting services, special menus and
daily beach games. There is always something to occupy the
children whilst parents relax.
Kids aged 4-12 years old maybe be left at the
Penguin Club under the supervision of our Associates.
Kids aged below 4 years are to be accompanied by a parent in
the Penguin Club or alternatively a baby sitter can be hired
at an extra charge.
Water Sports Center -

skiing and windsurfing to wake boarding and kayaking. You
can hire your very own speed boat for a tour of the
