MINERAL WATER POOL
One of the first in Singapore, Marina Mandarin
Singapore boasts a signature 25-metre mineral water pool.
Purified by the National Aeronautics & Space Administration (NASA)
patented Carefree Ionisation system, minute amounts of silver,
copper and zinc are metred into the pool via a refined combination
of digital-analog technology to create a pool of 100% mineral
water, with only the statutory minor amount of chlorine.
Unlike chlorine’s unstable nature which can be depleted by
temperature, sunlight, pH, body sweat and urine, the Carefree
Ionisation system is not as easily affected.
With unique health benefits that include reduction of proneness to
sore eyes, dry skin or bleached hair, this innovative ionisation
system also minimises swimmers’ exposure to upper respiratory
