 The Jebel Ali Palm Tree Court and
Spa, is about one hour from Dubai City. This Mediterranean style
resort is built amongst over 120 acres of tropical gardens, and
is surrounded by a 800 metre sandy beach. The accommodation is particularly
spacious and attractive, appointed in colourful fabrics and
boasting amenities that include satellite televisions,
tea/coffee making facilities, minibars and wide terraces or
balconies with either full or partial views over the shimmering
ocean.
Situated at the Palm Tree Court
& Spa, Signatures features an extravagantly exquisite menu with
a heavy French influence, as well as a selection of over 60 fine
wines from France and other parts of the world. Dishes range
from delicacies such as "gratinated Saint Pierre" under an
artichoke crust and tomato risotto to pan roasted breast of
Guinea Fowl and sauteed Foie Gras.

& Spa's swimming pool on the lower reception level, the La
Fontana Restaurant serves up a lively touch of Mediterranean
cuisine alongside a palate-pleasing array of international
dishes. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Located on the main level of
the Palm Tree Court & Spa reception, with stunning views of the
gardens, beach and the Arabian Gulf, the White Orchid Restaurant
serves up exotic cuisine from the Far East . Enjoy Chinese,
Japanese and Thai specialities in an exquisite setting
overlooking the La Fontana Pool, with seating indoors or
al-fresco on the terrace. The White Orchid Restaurant features
live cooking at the exciting Teppannyaki table. Four different
five-course set menus are bound to satisfy diners expectations,
while the show itself is pure entertainment. The Teppanyaki
table sits six, and advance reservations are required.
Open 24 hours, the Coffee House
Restaurant is the preferred choice for opulent buffets
throughout the day, and features an a la carte menu after 11PM.
Every evening has a different Theme Night Menu, from Continental
to Caribbean, from Alpine to Far Eastern. Spacious in design,
the Coffee House offers ample seating and tables overlooking the
swimming pool and the beaches.
Located in the Jebel Ali Hotel
gardens, the Palmito Garden Restaurant hosts seasonal Theme
Night Dinners under the stars. Reservations are always required
for these exciting Theme Night Extravaganza dinners. The Arabic
theme is probably the most sought after by guests at the Resort,
featuring authentic Arabian decor, belly dancers, camel rides,
and Arabian cuisine, Ample seating around the stage is
available, for true enjoyment of the live entertainment and
resort ambience.
