The pillarless Grand Ballroom located on Level 1 has a spacious foyer. It can accommodate up to 1300 guest for a buffet set-up and 800 for a formal dinner. The Junior Ballroom has the capacity for for 180 guests for a buffet and 230 for a formal dinner.

On the same level, there are 5 function rooms for private meetings and seminars, which can accommodate 30 to 40 people each. In addition, these function rooms are flexible and can be combined into two to accommodate a maximum of 100 guests for a buffet lunch or dinner.All function rooms are equipped with complete conference facilities, including advanced audio-visual equipment as well as secretarial services and High Speed Internet Access.

This well known Japanese Restaurant named after a historical Japanese warrior has a 140 seats. This is set in a classic Japanese ambience. Open for lunch and dinner daily, Benkay offers the best and freshest delicacies as well as seasonal items direct from Japan. It has a teppanyaki room, sushi bar and five private rooms, including two tatami rooms to meet your preference.

Cafe Serena Brasserie :

A very tropical and friendly cafe with 168 seats, this brasserie offers daily a variety of international and local favourites. This restaurant also offers a fine view of our Lobby waterfall. Buffets are served here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. High Tea is also available during the weekends.

Toh Lee Chinese's Restaurant :

Our Chinese Restaurant with an elegant Chinese design has 208 seats. Its Dim Sum luncheon is one of the best in the city. Toh Lee also offers the best authentic Chinese cuisine, for both lunch and dinner. Besides a spacious main hall, the restaurant also has six private rooms.

Bentley's Pub :

This elegant English pub serves mouth watering snacks and the best quality wines and beverages. It has 'live' entertainment nightly (except Sunday), and offers 50% discount during happy hours daily including all nights on Sunday.

Lobby Lounge :

This serene lounge has 110 seats, located just next to our Lobby waterfall and tropical garden. The lounge serves a wide variety o beverages, snacks, afternoon tea and a fine range of cigars.

In the morning, after breakfast, proceed on a half-day City Tour This City Tour will cover places of interest such as the King's Palace, National Museum, Independence Square, National Mosque, National Monument and the Petronas Twin Towers. The rest of the day is free at your leisure.
