This 14 day tour through Oman
combines adventure and camping with culture and discovery.
Whilst staying at a mixture of hotels and campsites, this
tour will take you from the city of Muscat to trekking in
the mountains of Jebel Shams, the town of Nizwa with its
famous fort and souq, the desert of Wahiba Sands for camel
riding and dune driving, turtle watching at Ras Al Hadd, the
coastal town of Sur, famous for its dhow building and
finally beautiful Wadi Tiwi and Wadi Shab.
Returning back to Muscat you will have a full day at leisure
to relax after your exciting trip. |

On arrival in Muscat you will
be met and transferred to the
Crown Plaza Resort

DAY 02: |
After breakfast you will enjoy
a full day city tour. The highlights of the tour are visits
to Oman Museum, Natural History Museum, PDO Exhibition
Centre, Muttrah Souq, Al Alam Palace, Mirani and Jalali and
Qantab village |

DAY 03
: |
After breakfast you will
embark on a 4WD excursion to Wadi Bani Awf - a stunning mini
canyon. Here you will have dinner and camp overnight. |

DAY 04

After breakfast at the camp we
start our day with a visit to Zammah through the canyons and
cliffs of the Jabel Akhdar Ranges. We will also visit Bilad
Syat and Wajmah. |

DAY 05
: |
This morning you start your trek
to Jebel Shams. On reaching Misfa you will board vehicles for
the remainder of the journey to Jebel Shams and your camp for
the night where you will have dinner. Stay at Jabel Sham |

DAY 06
: |
After breakfast you will depart
for Nizwa. On arrival you will visit Nizwa fort and Jabrin
castle and Nizwa souq. Later you check into your hotel and
have dinner.

DAY 07

After breakfast you will enjoy a
full day tour to Wahiba Sands – the great Arabian Desert.
During your tour you will visit a Bedouin house and enjoy a
camel ride and a sand dune drive before arriving at your camp
for the night.

After breakfast you will depart
for Wadi Bani Khalid- a beautful oasis in the desert.
Afterwards you travel to Ras Al Junez via Bu Hassan and Bu Ali
where you check in to your camp. In the evening you will drive
to Ras Al Hadd to watch the green turtles on the beach.Stay at

After a leisurely morning you
will travel to the coastal town of Sur, where you will visit
the dhow shipbuilding yard before checking into your hotel.

This morning you depart for the
final leg of your journey to Wadi Dayqah, a beautiful valley
of rugged trails with cool turquoise pools. Later you return
to Muscat and check into your hotel.Stay at Camp |

Full day at leisure in Muscat
for you to relax after your exciting trip through Oman. There
will be an evening farewell dinner at a local restaurant. |
