Accommodation: Golden Swan Beach Resort has three types of Rooms viz. AC Room, Cottages and Beach House. 

Main Resort: The Main Resort has 6 Cottages and 12 Deluxe Rooms with independent access to the beach and a view of Shivaji's Kasa Fort.

Facilities:

  • A small Restaurant serving Vegetarian & Non-Vegetarian food. 

  • Indoor and outdoor games like Carom, Lido, Chess, Cricket, Football, Beach Ball, Badminton, etc. are also available. 

  • Lovely landscaped garden 

  • Direct access to the beach.

Cottages:
The 6 Cottages have facilities like:

  • Large Master Bedroom, 

  • A Sofa cum Bed, 

  • Children's Room, 

  • Two English bathrooms and 

  • Private sit out with a view of the beach.

Deluxe Double Rooms: Twelve Mediterranean style Deluxe Rooms with facilities like attached bathrooms. Interconnecting rooms are also available for extra persons

Beach House:
The Beach House has direct access to the beach with a view of the Shivaji's famous Kasa fort and the Nawab's Palace.All the rooms in the beach house are Non-AC Rooms without Television.

The Beach House has five spacious units each having individual entrances and consisting of One Triple, three Standard and one Double Room with Following facilities:

  • Hot & cold water, 

  • English baths, 

  • A common sitout.
