Situated on the tranquil banks of the Chaliyar
- the largest backwaters in Malabar, the resort is conveniently
situated 14 kms from the city, 12 kms from the airport, 4 kms from
the railway station and less than half a Km from the national
highway.
Spread over 10 acres of prime waterfront land,
the exquisite landscaping using plants and trees available locally,
enhances the ethnic feel of the entire resort. Built from the warm
rust laterite stone indigenous to the Malabar region, the
architecture here harmoniously blends the Mappila with the Hindu
styles giving the resort an absolutely unique appearance.
