FOOD: Traditional Kerala cuisine of rice and spicy curries,are
served on plantain leaves, `Puttu' (or steamed rice-cake with
coconut gratings prepared in bamboo shell ) etc. are served in
traditional style. Choice of selected of Continental and Chinese
cuisine is also offered.
