Garden Area: The garden area has been a Sudder Street landmark for many years.The lush plants and secluded feeling are an oasis in this busy area. During the day people come here to relax, write letters and in the evening, to socialise. Fairlawn is a place where you will never be short of company.  

Upstairs Lounge: The charming upstairs lounge is cool during the day, TV's are either end of this large and comfortable space.

Bedrooms :Most bedrooms have been refurbished within the last twelve months.Our permanent team of maintenance staff ensure that all facilities are working and that the wear and tear on rooms is unnoticeable. All bedrooms are en-suite. We have our own tube well water and purification unit.

Dining Hal l: A full English Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:30 am. A mixture of Continental & Indian set dishes are served at lunch and dinner. These menus are changed every day. Vegetarian meals can be provided on request, as can packed lunches. Afternoon tea and biscuits is available daily.
