 History :
Prospect Hotel commenced in the year
1910 and was completed in 1914.
Being the first hotel built in Panchgani, it enjoyed a Panaromic view
of the valley and catered to the needs of the Aristocrats and the
British Officers.
Location :
Nestled below the Table Land, on 4 acre plot
just a 10 minutes walk from the main Bazaar. Just off Ring Road. It is
the highest located hotel in Panchgani.
Accommodation :
The hotel comprises of three bunglows. The
main bunglow houses the Office, the dining hall and nine rooms. While
the other two bunglows have suites and double rooms, and saperate
kitchens independant bunglows are ideally suited for company holiday
homes or even big family get together.
Service :
The "Prospect" is wormly remembered by all the guests
as a family re-union whenever on a visit. It is well known for its
personalized service and the family that runs the hotel knows all
their guests by their first names.
Well known for it's quality of food, the hotel caters to both
vegetarian & non-vegetarian meals are served in the dining room and is
inclusive in the room tariff.

Doctor on call. Games room for indoor games are some of the
facilities provided.
