Shanku's came into existence on 11th November, 1993. When we first dreamt of building Shanku's, we decided to create a water park that was totally unique, since it was a totally new experience for the masses here, so we went globetrotting, traveled everywhere from the states to far east, for new ideas to help us to build the first and the best water park in India.

The Holiday Resort "The Retreat" is a centrally air-conditioned three star hotel. There are air-conditioned twin cottages. The latest attraction being air-conditioned tents overlooking the rich, green tableland.

• A lake side hall with a capacity of 150 person;
• An Admin block hall with a capacity of 65 person;
• A pool side hall with a capacity of 35 person;
• We can also arrange for a gathering of up to 1000 person in our school auditorium on request.

Communication aids include all the modern day amenities required for a corporate gathering like phone, fax, copier, Internet access & e-mail etc.

Restaurant  : 

The memories of visit to the resort are made more memorable by serving exotic food. "Cascade" is the air-conditioned restaurant serving multi cuisine vegetarian dishes such as Punjabi, Chinese and Continental along with traditional cuisine like Kathiawadi, Rajasthani and Gujarati to groups on request.

"Snack Charmer" :  The poolside Coffee shop serves snacks round the clock.

"Fun & Food"  :  The highway restaurant serves delicious South Indian and Punjabi dishes.

A Licensed Liquor shop is also there for those who have a license to procure and consume liquor in the state of Gujarat.
