APEX
Fare Scheme presently applicable modified by Indian Airlines. Two levels of APEX Fares
introduced in the market w.e.f. 7th June, 2003 with valid of the
scheme upto 31st March, 2004.
Cancellation and Refund
-
Passenger
will be permitted to make voluntary changes in bookings / sector
or cancel the ticket issued against APEX Fares upto 7days (D –
7) or 21 days (D – 21) prior to the date of departure. Re-issuance
charge of Rs.100/- or a Refund Fee of Rs.100/- will be
levied, as the case may be.

Confirmed
ticket presented for cancellation / re-booking / refund less
than 7days (D–7) or 21 days (D – 21) prior to departure date
and upto one hour before schedule time of departure, will
attract 50% Cancellation Charges on the fare component.

Confirmed ticket presented for cancellation / re-booking
/ refund less than one hour before schedule time of departure
will attract 100% Cancellation on Fare component under
the two date levels i.e. D – 7 and D – 21.
Discount:
No
discount permitted.
Identification
Requirement: Identification
of the passenger to be verified at Check-In Counter / Boarding
Point. Passenger will be required to carry a photo identity
document.
Eligibility
The discount is available to Indian and Foreign Nationals
residing in India and holding Resident permit.Scheme valid for
Individuals only. Not valid for Group bookings.
The modified Apex fares are applicable for
tickets issued on or after December 1, 2003 for travel commencing
on or after December 8, 2003 in case of D-7 Apex Fares and
December 22, 2003 in case of D-21 Apex Fares. The fares are
valid till March 31, 2004.
D-7: Tickets purchased up to 7
days prior to departure.
D-21: Tickets purchased up
to 21 days prior to departure.
