Capped by its iconic clubhouse building, the course at the Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club is a refreshingly different golfing experience. • Master Class with Speciality Chefs - Park Hyatt Dubai will take you on an exciting gastronomic exploration of food in our exclusive, tailor-made master classes with the executive chef and his team of chefs.
  
  These cooking classes are a unique opportunity to work with and learn from the experts themselves, with the master classes held in one of the hotel’s most stylish venues – the Chef’s Table in Traiteur restaurant.  Intimate groups of eight to ten people will work together to enjoy the fruits of their experiences for lunch or dinner, and will also have the chance to learn tips and the secret to cooking a tantalising meal using the best ingredients.
  
  Our chefs offer a wide selection of classes that focus on pasta, Thai dishes, crustaceans and shellfish, creating candlelit dinners, BBQ, finger food for cocktail parties, beef, chocolate, tarts and vegetarian dishes, among others.

• Pool - Park Hyatt Dubai features a stunning 25-metre swimming pool (270 sq ft) with in-set palm trees, and 4 whirlwind Jacuzzis, one in each corner, and is surrounded by lush tropical gardens.  The swimming pool is open from 6:00am to 10:00pm and is overseen by lifeguards. For the guests own safety, pool access is prohibited between 10:00pm and 6:00am.

  The pool bar offers a large, spacious and peaceful setting that matches the tranquility of Amara Spa in which the outlet is integrated. Guests can enjoy a variety of beverages as well as select dishes from the pool bar menu either at the pool bar or on the sundeck which surrounds the outdoor pool area. The pool bar is open daily from 9:00am until 7:00pm.

  The Fitness Centre features a high-tech gym as well as a jogging track. A personal trainer can be arranged on request. The fully equipped fitness studio is open 24 hours and exclusively available for guests only.

• Traiteur - Traiteur, “Time Out Dubai Restaurant of the Year” winner in the best brunch category for two consecutive years, presents classic and contemporary French cuisine in striking architecture. A magnificent showpiece staircase connects the restaurant's two levels and gives great views of the kitchen. With a signature elevated show kitchen that literally positions Chefs 'on stage', Traiteur is as much a feast for the eyes as the palate. This brasserie features exclusive private dining spaces, including Chef’s Table and Cave Privee which is set amidst a 4,200 bottle wine cellar, one of the most extensive cellars in Dubai.

• The Thai Kitchen - The Thai Kitchen, with authentic dishes prepared by native chefs, has three live kitchens-one each for wok, grill and noodles, as well as an additional kitchen made for preparing traditional Thai desserts. Reminiscent of the hustle and bustle of downtown Bangkok, The Thai Kitchen has seating positioned around the kitchens to allow guests to enjoy the sights and aromas of classic Thai cuisine preparation.

• Cafe Arabesque - The celebrated Middle Eastern restaurant presents culinary delights from the Levant region influenced by the flavours of Jordan, Lebanon and Syria.  Cafe Arabesque offers five buffet displays, an outstanding Mezze selection, as well as an a la carte menu with a wide variety of kebabs and other regional specialties.

• Pistache - Park Hyatt Dubai’s  chic pastry boutique offers a variety of mouth-watering deserts, including home-made Arabic sweet specialties displayed like rare jewels and beautifully packaged for gift giving or as an exclusive souvenir of Dubai for guests to take away.
