richest horse race with a staggering US$12 million purse, is a central attraction during
DSF. It attracts the worlds best thoroughbreds and thousands of celebrity visitors
and racing enthusiasts.
Dubais culinary delights are
legendary, as there are restaurants catering to residents of more than 150 nationalities.

cafes, pubs and fast food outlets, for an unforgettable culinary experience.

Dubai Shopping Festival, launched in
February 1996, has now firmly entrenched itself on the world map as an
entertainment-cum-shopping mega-event. Its phenomenal success has been attributed to the
unique synergy between the Government and the private sector in creating a high profile
event which has become a major global brand in just four years, and given rise to many
clones in the region.
