| Meditation: The main meditation hall in
Osho Commune is Gautama the Buddha Auditorium, an open marble space one
hundred yards long, surrounded by lush gardens. The ceiling soars fifty
feet high and evokes a sense of flying. It is in this vast and serene
place that most of the meditations take place.
The types of mediations are as follows:
- Osho Dynamic Meditation

- Osho Kundalini Meditation
- Osho Nataraj Meditation
- Osho Nadabrahma Meditation
- Osho No-Dimensions
- Osho-Vipassana Meditation
The high point of each day is the evening meditation, the Meeting
of the Osho White Robe Brotherhood. It is the time when everyone comes
together to dance, celebrate and meditate silently.
Osho Multiversity:
Th e
Osho Multiversity is the largest and most comprehensive center for
personal growth in the world today. Its faculties offer a wide variety
of meditation and personal growth programs, many of which are
specifically designed for newcomers.
The eight faculties include all the healing arts of East and West,
all the Western therapy approaches,
the esoteric sciences, martial arts, creative arts, Zen sports and a
meditation academy. Programs can range in length from one day to three
months, and most faculties also offer one-hour individual sessions and
classes as well as professional trainings. But the most unique aspect of
the Osho Multiversity is not in its amazing diversity, but in the fact
that all the methods used have the understanding of meditation, both at
their base and as their objective.
Restaurants:
Different eating
areas provide delicious Western, Asian and Indian vegetarian food. The
rice and most of the vegetables are organically grown especially for the
Commune. Breads and cakes are baked in the Commune's own bakery.
The food is not only nutritious,it is tested daily to international
hygiene standards in the Commune's own microbiology laboratory, as is
the drinking water.
