Snow World is a snow theme park, situated
near to Hussain Sagar Tank Bund and Indra park. This, India’s first and
World’s best snow theme park helps to experience snow fall and polar
climate as if it is a polar region.
Temperature within the snow area is in
between -5 and 0 Degree Centigrade. A snow session duration is about
one hour. A person can come outside only after one complete snow
session. Snow World authorities will provide a snow wear for each
individual. No mobiles or cameras are allowed inside.
Snow slide, Merry go round, Ice Bumber Car
are some of the rides there to enjoy one hour. If you have an artist
inside, there is ‘Ice Carving’ for You. Snow war will also increase your
excitements.
There are eight snow sessions each day and
a half hour interval is in between two consecutive sessions.
Visitors should report at the venue
half-an-hour before the session time.
Entry tickets are priced at Rs.200 for
persons between 2’ to 4.5’ height and Rs.250 for persons above 4.5’
height.
Snow world is the first snow theme park
and a great attraction place in India. It is the biggest snow park in
the whole world. Snow Park sprawls over 17,000 sq feet area. It is
located on Lower Tank Bunk Road, behind Indira Park. There is some entry
charges conducted as Rs.200/- per hour for children and Rs.250/- per
hour for adults. Batches are gone in this for one hour and in one batch
about three hundred people are allowed. By using art technology, in this
snow park, artificially snow is produced and allowed to fall which
almost offers a real look.
In the snow world, there is a “Cryo Zone”
which includes igloos, alpine forest, some figures of polar bears,
penguins and some other attractions made with the help of artificially
produced snow. The snow is made of safe elements as mineral water
quality water and there will be no harmful effects of this snow. At the
time of entry, to all the customers waterproof shoes, gloves and some
warm clothes is provided by the park members so as to protect from the
cold climate inside due to continues falling of snow. To all the
visitors, a sweltering hot soup is also served.
