Beleza (means ‘Beautiful’ in Portuguese),
comprises of 30 tastefully designed and furnished rooms set in a Villa
style concept. Green, luscious hedges of foliage, groves of banana,
coconut and papaya trees, and clusters of bird of paradise flowers and
frangipani trees landscape the length and breadth of our Resort. The
clean, pristine and white sandy beaches of Colva are accessible to
guests from a well-paved pathway from within the resort premises. Our
all-day dining restaurant and our beach shack and bar offer a delectable
choice of seafood, snacks, Goan and Indian food as well as international
cuisine. Spa therapies, gym and swimming pool facilities are available
to guests on appointment. Our well trained and polite operations team is
eager to make your stay comfortable and truly memorable. The resort is
located at a 25-30 minutes drive from the airport, 10 minutes drive from
the Madgaon train station and walking distance from the Colva Promenade
(which offers water sports facilities, popular shacks and bars).

ROOMS
Each of the 30 rooms at our Resort are of contemporary and luxurious
design and fully furnished in wooden textures, natural coloured
tones and marble flooring, well light with windows which open for
fresh and soothing sea breeze. Most rooms have a private sit-out
balcony with view of the sea, paddy fields or the swimming pool.
Room amenities include air-conditioning, 32" LCD television with
satellite channels, DVD/CD player, electronic safe,
tea/coffee-maker, mini-bar fridge, wi-fi internet connection, direct
dial telephones and soft duvets. Bathrooms are en-suite and well
appointed with hot water, rain shower, hair dryer and vanity mirror.
Most of the rooms either have their own private balconies or
private decks.

VILLAS
The rooms of the resort are set in a Villa style concept. Each Villa
comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 common lounges along with a patio with
easy chairs facing the swimming pool and a room for domestic help.
The Villas envisage ample opportunity for interaction for guests who
travel with families and friends as they can take an entire villa
and be able to enjoy the common areas. For those travelling with
their domestic help, each villa has an independent room with
attached bathroom on the topmost floor.
