 Brisa do Campo translates “field meadow breeze” is situated overlooking
lush green fields in the most desirable address in Candolim, the
prestigious Villa Riva, built by
Acron
, Goa's leading-edge developers. It is away from the hustle / bustle
of Candolim in a quiet area amidst fields, a natural lake and plenty of
exotic birds for company. It is however a 5 minute drive to the Candolim
and Sinquerim beaches, the Fort Aguada, upmarket shopping like Acron
Arcade and many delightful restaurants.
Brisa do Campo is approached by gardens are filled with exotic plants
and flowers and a large pool. Well lit pathways of natural stone lead to
our balcao (porch). The ground floor of the villa consists of a living /
dining area + kitchenette, a separate lounge. Large French doors and bay
windows make this ground floor very delightful.
The stairs lead on to first floor consisting of two bedrooms, each with
large French doors, one leading to a deep balcony overlooking the fields
and hills in the distance, the other leading to a sun deck, also with a
view.
The whole house is furnishes in natural yellow stone from north India (Jaisalmer)
and the two bedrooms are airconditioned.
Accomodation:
The lounge has sofas and chairs, a large bay window and attached toilet.
There is also a sofa cum bed.
The dining room / kitchenette has a fridge and cooking range, dining
table and 4 chairs.
The bedrooms above are both air conditioned and have ensuite bathrooms.
Huge patio doors open to a delightful balcony and sun deck.
