Brisa do Mar Villamar, Candolim Brisa do Mar translates “Sea breeze”, is a delightful 1 bedroom apartment on the first floor and located in the prestigious Acron built Villamar development at Candolim. Brisa do Mar is a short walk to the Candolim beach with only a few cottages and sand dunes separating the apartment from the view of the beach. To the front of the development Villamar is Acron Arcade a delightfully different shopping experience with upmarket clothing, home décor, book shop, bistro-bar and lots more. Villamar comprising of only 5 detached villas clustered around the residents’ swimming pool.

Brisa do Mar is approached from the exotic plant filled garden up a flight of stairs to the first floor. It has an extremely spacious sitting / dining area and a pretty air conditioned bedroom. The apartment is finished in Jaisalmer natural stone slabs from Rajasthan and lots of heritage furniture. Both the sitting room and bedroom have French doors leading to the wrap-around balcony. There is another balcony off the kitchen that overlooks the swimming pool.
