This house was built by Padre Luis Gonzaga
de Santana Sequeira, and was used as a bakery by him till the late 50s.
Accommodation :
Air conditioned bedrooms.
This is the only house that has 2 separate
bedrooms.
If you want you can rent only 1 bedroom.
There is no living room or other common
rooms.
Each bedroom opens onto a balcony and has
its own separate entrance.
The rooms are on opposite sides of the
house so there is no interference.
Each bedroom is self contained with it's
own in-suite bathroom.
Each bedroom sleeps two in a double bed
(not twin beds).
The Beach Houses or Otter Creek Tents are
available for rent for a minimum period of one week. We may be flexible
depending on the bookings. For part weeks thereafter, the rate is
calculated on a pro rata basis. Therefore, to calculate the day rate,
please divide the weekly rate by 7. Where a letting period spans two
pricing bands then the price will be calculated on a per night basis.
A maximum of 4 guests - two per bedroom,
can occupy the Bakery. The rates per week include all facilities except
transportation, food & beverages, laundry and telephone calls. We can
provide a camp bed in one of the bedrooms at an additional cost.
