 This house was built by
Dr. Francisco Joseph Sequeira, a gynecologist by profession, the son of
Anjelo Zeferino Sequeira who bought the land in 1886. It was then
inherited by Capt. Cyril William Sequeira, one of the pioneers of
aviation in India. He often flew over the house in a Tiger Moth and
waved to the awestruck locals below. Some of the older generation still
remember this.

out as a 3 bedroom house only.

The Beach Houses or
Otter Creek Tents are available for rent for a minimum period of one
week. We may be flexible depending on the bookings. For part weeks
thereafter, the rate is calculated on a pro rata basis. Therefore, to
calculate the day rate, please divide the weekly rate by 7. Where a
letting period spans two pricing bands then the price will be
calculated on a per night basis.
A maximum of six guests - two per bedroom,
can occupy the Captain's House. One extra child ‚ below 10 years old
will be permitted per bedroom, provided the child shares the bed with
the parents. The rates per week include all facilities except
transportation, food & beverages, laundry and telephone calls. Baby
cribs can be provided at an additional cost. Also, in one of the
bedrooms, we can provide a camp bed at an additional cost.
