This house was built by
Padre Luis Gonzaga de Santana Sequeira. It was an extension of the main
house and this is where the livestock was kept. It has now been
transformed into a beautiful two bedroom villa, minus all traces of any
livestock !

This house can be rented
out as a 2 bedroom house only.
Air conditioned
bedrooms.
The house consists of
just 2 bedrooms, each opening onto a balcony.
There is no living room
or other common rooms.
Each bedroom has its own
bathroom.

The Beach Houses or Otter
Creek Tents are available for rent for a minimum period of one week. We
may be flexible depending on the bookings. For part weeks thereafter,
the rate is calculated on a pro rata basis. Therefore, to calculate the
day rate, please divide the weekly rate by 7. Where a letting period
spans two pricing bands then the price will be calculated on a per night
basis.
A maximum of four guests -
two per bedroom, can occupy the Piggery. One extra child ‚ below 10
years old will be permitted per bedroom, provided the child shares the
bed with the parents. The rates per week include all facilities except
transportation, food & beverages, laundry and telephone calls. Baby
cribs can be provided at an additional cost. Also, in one of the
bedrooms, we can provide a camp bed at an additional cost.
