This house was built by Padre Luis Gonzaga
de Santana Sequeira, who lived here until the late 1950s. Father
Sequeira had his own canoe, which he used to cross the creek and say
mass in the Mandrem Church.
Accommodation :
This house can be rented out as a 3
bedroom house only.
The house consists of just 3 bedrooms,
each opening onto a balcony.
There is no living room or other common
rooms.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
Two of the bathrooms are open to the sky.
World Space Digital music system.
One of the bedrooms has a mini-bar and
refrigerator stocked with drinks. It also has a tea & coffee making
machine.
The Beach Houses or Otter Creek Tents are
available for rent for a minimum period of one week. We may be flexible
depending on the bookings. For part weeks thereafter, the rate is
calculated on a pro rata basis. Therefore, to calculate the day rate,
please divide the weekly rate by 7. Where a letting period spans two
pricing bands then the price will be calculated on a per night basis.
A maximum of six guests - two per bedroom,
can occupy the Priest's House. One extra child ‚ below 10 years old will
be permitted per bedroom, provided the child shares the bed with the
parents. The rates per week include all facilities except
transportation, food & beverages, laundry and telephone calls. Baby
cribs can be provided at an additional cost. Also, in one of the
bedrooms, we can provide a camp bed at an additional cost.
