Children
Oceanic is a child friendly hotel and we
can provide a baby-listening service / cots / monitors / meals and
bottles. We also have a baby pool adjoined to the main pool.
Entertainment
Whenever you eat at the restaurant you
will be able to soak up the great music and atmosphere. On special
occasions live entertainment such as classical Indian music will be
arranged.
Wildlife
We are lucky enough to be surrounded by
wildlife at the hotel and regularly have visits from the local monkeys
and there are many tropical birds nesting close by such as a Purple
sunbird, Parakeets, Magpie Robin, and if you are very lucky a Paradise
Flycatcher.
Dolphins frequent the waters around
Palolem and can often be seen showing off their acrobatics from the
beach. Dolphin trips can be arranged where we can guarantee a sighting -
if you are lucky enough you may even find them swimming in the sea with
you!
Shopping & Trips
Shopping at Anjuna market and around the
Calangute / Baga area is a must for those who enjoy retail therapy!
We can arrange trips to the Cotiago and
Mollem Animal Sanctuaries which are both only a short distance away.
If you would like to visit temples during
your stay, then a visit to the amazing ruined city of Hampi is a must.
