Santana Beach Resort opened in Candolim, Goa on the 8th November 2005,
at a stone's throw away from the Arabian Sea.
Surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and sand dunes, this
beach resort offers accommodation for short and long stays throughout
the year. The small apartments have been simply decorated but should
satisfy all your needs.
Accommodation :
Santana Beach Resort currently has 33 air conditioned studio
apartments. All rooms comprise of bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
The rooms
have a mini-bar stocked with a variety of chilled drinks and snacks,
cable television, hot water showers and for long stayers we provide
cooking facilities.
Facilities :
Surrounded by coconut palms and greenery, Santana Beach Resort has a
swimming pool with sun-beds scattered around, for you to relax soak up
those sun rays. And if you want to indulge we can even organize an
Aryuvedic Massage for you by the pool or in your room.
Should you wish to go on sightseeing trips, jungle treks or take part
in any watersports activities, our friendly staff will do their best
to help. Let us know your requirements at the time of booking or on
arrival and we will ensure your holiday is as action packed or
relaxing as you wish!
Dining :
Besides the swimming pool and amongst
the tropical plants in the gardens, is Olegario's, Santana's own
pool-side bar and restaurant. At Olegario's you will find a superb
menu offering you a variety of dishes from all over the world. For the
seafood-lovers amongst you, we recommend the Spaghetti alle vongole or
the Goan Fish Caldin but the BBQ Spare ribs and Chicken Tikkas will
also get those taste buds going..
From Santana, walk down the path towards
the sea and right on the beach you will find Calamari Bathe & Binge.
Now in its fourth year, Calamari is a well-established restaurant
offering a variety of cuisines, with Goan dishes as their speciality.
Try their Prawn
Balchao, Goan Fish Curry or Chicken Xacutti and you will not be
disappointed! (N.B. Calamari is closed between May and October)
