DAY1

12.00-12.30 pm WILDERNEST CHORLA GHATS

Check in at Wildernest after a cherished drive through picturesque settings via serpentine roads and thick forests of the Western Ghats landscape.

12.30pm RANDHAN

A quick freshen up session, a small walk and you are at Randhan, our in house restaurant to taste and savor authentic dishes of the Ghats and the hinterland of Goa that have been cooked in local style.

2.30pm-3.30pm ACTIVITY AREA

Its activity time! Let Sushma guide you along to a Mehndi session as she painstakingly designs your palms with traditional rural designs while the mehndi absorbs your body and relaxes your body. The infinity pool is open for all and so is Cloud Nine our in house bar!

3.00-3.30 RANDHAN

Join us for a walk on a medicinal plant tour in the property. Open your self to the world of medicinal plants with the help of our naturalists and understand the importance of medicinal plants in the ecosystem as well as in our daily lives.

4.30pm-5.00pm RANDHAN

The sun has mellowed down a little and cast shadows on the surroundings. Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee along with local snacks in the company of a jungle orchestra as birds sing to their hearts content.

5.15pm RECPEPTION/FOLLIES AREA

A nature walk all planned and guided by our young naturalists to the highest point at Wildernest OR to the Conservation facility plateau. Trek along, as you are exposed to the realm of endemic flora and fauna and establish a bond that Wildernest aims to build between you and nature.

6.30pm-7.30pm BONFIRE AREA

Return back to a spot that requires no introduction. A stack pile of wood, local veggies and lots of enthusiasm! Its time for a bonfire! Let the flames revel in a mood that stops time from flying by and taste local veggies as they are roasted in your presence for you to taste and relish. Hum a tune and skip a beat, as you are in the company of a thousand stars, clear and bright.

7.30pm-8.15pm OPEN AIR THEATRE

Head back to your cottage for some rest or patronize Cloud 9, our bar and narrate the day’s experiences to one and all. And if you enjoy local folk culture, then the perfect experience of a folk dance or a classical performance awaits your presence.  

8.30pm-11.00pm RANDHAN

A day amidst natural surroundings and cultural arts and its time for dinner now! A fully laden buffet awaits you in the form of hot piping food served with a dash of local produce as well as a healthy diet. Go ahead, and enjoy at the Randhan in its splendidly lit interiors and the open-air deck to truly feast at a point that overlooks the whole of the Goan horizon at night.

DAY 2 WILDERNEST

7.00am RANDHAN

Wake up to the birdcalls that resound in the tree canopy and tea is ready for all early morning risers at Randhan. It is also a time for birding along with our birding guides and do join up to watch in awe at the diverse species of birds and butterflies that our forests support!

8.30am-10.00am RANDHAN

Feast on a traditional Goan/Maharashtrian breakfast for a change. Try out various local dishes and sprouts along with an assortment of choices including fresh fruits, ghavan or local bread.

10.00-12.00 OPEN AIR THEATRE

Join us on a trek to a waterfall amidst deep forests along with our naturalists as they introduce you to nature’s glory. Swim in the fresh water pool at the falls and rejuvenate mind body and soul in the company of nature.

12.00 SOUVENIR SHOP

Visit our Souvenir shop and choose from local handcrafted toys to Wildernest caps and t-shirts and local WILDERNEST honey.

12.10pm RECEPTION AREA

Depart from Wildernest with memories of a rejuvenating stay, amidst natural settings and sylvan surroundings.
