Sangla
Valley, at 8900 feet, is part of Kinnaur. 238 kms from Shimla (Himachal
Pradesh, India) , it is a picturesque drive through winding mountain
roads with the Sutlej surging furiously across the valley. From the
turnoff at Karcham to the majestic Chung Sakhago pass, the Sangla Valley
- along the Baspa river - is about 95 kms.
Baikunth Adventure Camp is located Five kms ahead of Sangla town, along
the Baspa river in the Themgarang village.
The accommodation in the camp comprises of fifteen deluxe swiss cottage
tents. The swiss tents are spread around the campsite in clusters of 4-5
tents each. They ensure privacy and space to families and small groups.

Accommodation :
The Swiss Cottage Tent: Each living
unit is an individual, deluxe tent mounted on a concrete platform with a
private sitout and an attached bathroom. It is designed to keep you
comfortable, warm and cosy. The 12' by 12' area conveniently
accommodates two full-sized beds with crisp and clean linen, quilts,
bedside tables and chairs which make up the essentials.
Also, each "cottage" has an attached tiled bathroom with western style
flush toilets and taps with running water.
The tents also have quaint roll-up mesh windows to let in light. Hot
water is supplied in buckets.
Food:
Full course buffet meals are served.
Delicious multi cuisine dishes - Indian, Mughlai, Chinese, Continental -
are prepared by trained chefs.
Barbecue snacks and soup are enjoyed around a bonfire in the evenings
with the gurgling sounds of the Baspa river adding to the ambience.
