Dev Cottages are accessible throughout the year by road. The cottages are about 500 km from Delhi, and about 250 km from Chandigarh.




By Road : Direct coaches to upper Dharmsala run daily from Delhi. Depending upon the type of service (eg. regular, express), the time varies from 10-14 hours.

Reaching Lower Dharmsala : Many people prefer raching lower Dharmsala, and then taking a 30 minute bus/taxi (cab) from there to upper dharmsala.

By Air : The nearest airport is Gaggal, which is about 12 km from Dharmasala

By Rail : The town of Pathankot, at a distance of about 90 km from Dharmsala, is a major railway hub and
has daily connections with Delhi and other major India cities.

From Pathankot, one could either take a taxi/bus to upper Dharmsala, or continue by train to Kangra Railway station, which is only about 17 km from Dharmsala.
