Indiatravelite to settle the issue.
We also arrange for refund through cheque payment/ Cash or
through credit of your card account any where in world. (In a case client is not based
in India) , in case of cancellations as per prescribed limits for advance payments have
been done.
We do not charge above the rack rates/package rates specified by the hotel and given on
our web pages. This can be verified at the time you check-in at the hotel. However in case
of special rates given by the hotel, we charge the same to you to your benefit.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- All Hotel bookings are done against Credit Card guarantee or 1
Night deposit OR full payment.
- All the Air Travel/Rent-a-car and rail bookings are done on advance payment basis.
- In the event of No – Show the hotel reserves the right to charge retention of 1
Night room charge to the guest by debiting his/her Credit Card.
- Cancellation Policy: Every hotel has Cancellation
Policy which reservation can be changed or Cancelled from 24 hours to
7 Days as specified OR as specified.
- Indiatravelite charges service charge of RS. 125/- per booking & charged to your
card or added in the bill to cover our communications/booking expenses.
- Once the booking is confirmed our Voucher Copy is being issued & Sent to you by
Email/Fax or Hand Delivered at our Office in Mumbai with instructions to reach the hotel.
In case of Air Bookings, PNR printout being emailed to you. For Rail Bookings, scanned
copy of rail ticket being emailed to you as proof of booking.
- The Hotel Voucher Copy gives Hotel Address/Telephone Nos., Terms & Conditions of
booking & guest details. The Rent-A-Car voucher gives Name/address/Tel Nos of the
transporter with the pick up details.
- All our guests booked through us are eligible for Complimentary
Copy of Road Atlas / Guide Map from us. This is being sent with
your Voucher Copy. E.g. If your booking is for Mumbai you will get Mumbai Guide Map.
- In case of Hotel do not provide complimentary transfers, India Travelite arranges
transfers in the range of Rs. 600 / USD 15 to Rs. 800 / USD 20 for 2 persons by non A/c
car in all the cities in India.
- All the Vouchers/ Tickets can be delivered Worldwide or any where in India through Aramex Courrier or by our travel associate in the
respective cities.
