| Last week I had to travel from Rajkot to Bombay on JANTA EXPRESS, due to no flights available out of Rajkot. The train tickets were reserved, but no seats were available. I then tried in unreserved section. Although I managed to get a seat, the carriage got very very crowded. there were hammocks made for children between seats. and also there were children sleeping in the aisle. This proved to be very dangerous. In the event of a fire there would have been no chance of anybody coming out alive. THESE PRACTICE MUST BE DISCOURAGED. there were no ticket inspectors or transport police officers to be seen. Please pass this message to relevant authorities as there is a disaster waiting to happen. Apart from this unfortunate incident, I had a good time in India. |

| Recently I travelled from Mumbai-Delhi by Rajdhani Express in AC 3 tier coach. The food served was good and service was nice by Railways. Also I able to reach in time at 10.00 am at New Delhi and met my schedules. |

| Recently I travelled from Jaipur-Jaislmer by train. You can take Intercity train from Jaipur which is at 17.30 pm which reaches Jodhpur by 10.30 pm and you can catch connecting train which leaves Jodhpur by 10.55 for Jaislmer and you will reach Jaislmer by morning 6.00 am. However sometimes Intercity is also delayed. |
