The cottage in Silver Brook Estate has been created with relaxation and comfort in mind. It has one bedroom with attached washroom, Drawing and Dining with a common washroom, a kitchen and a lovely veranda. There is an indoor fire place giving warmth during cold winter months. The cottage can comfortably accommodate a family of four with an exclusive and private use of the cottage and all facilities provided in the Estate.

The House has been carefully planned. The architect is best  suited to the local climate incorporation natural heating processes. The floor tiles used are made individually by artisans from a remote village in Tamil Nadu, with an endeavor to encourage their artistry. In order to preserve the natural trees, the windows and doors of the cottage have been crafted from old wood, recovered  from demolished homes all over India.
