is comfortably nestled on the expansive shore of the Kabini River and
is sandwiched between 2 of South India’s famous National Parks –
Nagarhole and Bandipur With a mist-clad view of blue skies
and the Brahmagiri Mountains in the background, you will enjoy the
panoramic view of hills, forests and the flowing. Kabini river at
Water Woods. Spectacular views during sunrise and sunset catch your
imagination with vibrant colours reflecting of the water’s surface.

Water Woods was built by the Kabini River as a homestay overlooking
the Nagarhole and Bandipur National Parks. Established in 1999 by a
family who love nature and wildlife, Water Woods was the first private
initiative at Kabini. Built in a colonial style, our property has
direct river front access.
We are conveniently located next to Rainforest Resorts, Coffee Estate
Homestays, Fishing Camps, Bird Sanctuaries and Wildlife Lodges &

attractions in India after Taj Mahal with more than 2.7 million
visitors – it is only two hours from Water Woods.
Food & Beverages
At Waterwoods, we pay considerable attention to the quality of food in
terms of hygiene, cleanliness, taste and freshness. Our kitchen is
headed by an Executive Chef and is assisted by 2 Sous Chefs to provide
varied and imaginative meals. The menu caters to both Vegetarians and
Non-vegetarians and is served in Buffet Style. We take pride in our
North Indian Tandoor, South Indian and North Indian styles.

6 extraordinary rooms featuring 5 standard rooms and 1 suite room. All
rooms are air-conditioned.
Standard Room
Our Standard Room is appointed with a King Size Double Bed, wardrobe
space, a luxurious attached bathroom and provison for an extra bed.
Suite Room
The Suite is a larger room with 2 King size beds, a private balcony
and a dressing room attached to a luxurious bathroom. The suite is
ideal for a family of 4-5 people.
