…Upto two children under 12 years of age are permitted to stay free in a double bedroom, if their parents wish so. They also eat free (applicable on Breakfast,    Lunch and Dinner Buffets or food billed upto IRs.200/-per day as per menu card of our in-house restaurant.

…Elderly guests, who wish to relax under our care, for several months, shall ask for special rates.

The resort is located at a distance of 4kms by road from the Varkala railway station and 5kms from the Varkala Maithanam Bus station.

  • Facilitating "GREEN TRAVEL":As part of this:(1) Our plot doesn't have motor access..Car stops approx.100yards away..Then, walk...;(2)Our lamps are mostly CFLs, to save energy..Our Guests do not generally insist on 100watts incandescent bulbs..;(3)Good discounts offered for long stay(this helps,in one way reducing energy depletion,by reducing your private/motorised travel);(4)Guests can opt to sheet&towel change every alternate day(helps save water)...
