Atharva Residency is a set of five identical bunglows, built to provide accomodation in Ganapatipule, at a distance of about 2 Km from the Ganapatipule Temple and about 1.5 Km from the Malgund Beach. Ganpatipule and Malgund are like twin towns on either sides of the Khadi Bridge. Located in the small town of Malgund these bunglows were made with families in mind with all the amenities in place to ensure a pleasurable family vacation in Ganapatipule.

It provides luxury to tourists to stay in ganpatipule in independant bungalows in a rustic setting. Each bungalow with separate entrance to terrace room is ideal is ideal for accommodation in Ganpatipule.
