Location

Located in the southern part of the state of Maharashtra, the little hill-station of Lonavala is well-connected by various communication networks. Its accessibility is high because of its strategic location, near the major cities of Mumbai and Pune. The hill station is located at a distance of approximately 100 km to the southeast of Mumbai and 70 km from the city of Pune. Details of various routes are mentioned below. • By Air
  Lonavala doesn't have an airport of its own. The nearest domestic airport near Lonavala is located in Pune (approx 64 km) and the nearest international airport is in Mumbai (approx 100 km). All the major domestic airways offer their services at both these airports. So, people traveling to Lonavala via air have to board a flight either till Mumbai or till Pune, and then avail local modes of transport to reach the place. International tourists can travel till Mumbai, and then easily avail Lonavala-bound taxis, buses or private cars from the Mumbai airport.

• By Train
  Lonavala, being located on the Mumbai-Pune rail route, has various express and local trains that shuttle between these two cities. It takes about 2 hours to reach Lonavala from Mumbai and about 1 hour from Pune.  

• By Road
  The roadways that connect Lonavala to Mumbai and Pune are excellent and well-maintained. Moreover, the Mumbai-Bangalore National Highway passes through it, which makes it readily accessible from these cities and nearby areas. Various state-operated buses (AC, Deluxe, Non-Deluxe) are easily available from Mumbai and Pune, for getting to Lonavala. Private tour operators also provide luxury/non-luxury bus and taxi services to reach the place. The travel time to reach Lonavala from Pune by bus is about 1 hr, while it takes around 2 hrs to reach the place from Mumbai.

Conference Hall

Hotel La Exotica has 4 conference halls, that are well decorated, technically designed and fully equipped with all modern amenities. The maximum occupancy is 110 people. These halls are best suited to hold Conferences, Seminars, Training Programs, and Banquets etc. Each hall is equipped with facilities such as Large wall mounting screens, Pointers, Flip Chart Stands, White Boards with Markers, Podiums and Public Address Systems. Collar Mikes, LCD Projectors, OHP’s, Slide Projectors, PC’s, Laptops etc can be arranged on request. We have all the facilities to make your conference a great success.

Accommodation

• Super Deluxe Room
  The Super Deluxe Room is 192 sq ft in area and has tiled flooring. The furniture in the room has a wooden finish and consists of 2 chairs, a cupboard and a double bed. The 7x5 ft attached bathroom is equipped with basic amenities and has running hot and cold water. The room has an intercom phone and drinking water. Guests can also unwind before the Cable TV.
• Suite
  The Suite comprises of a bedroom and a sitting room. Total area is 26x22 ft ie 572 sq ft. The flooring is tiled. The furniture in the room has a wooden finish and consists of a double bed, cupboard, 2 chairs and a table. The sitting room is equipped with cable TV, arm chairs, a cabinet, a dining table and 4 dining chairs. The 11x5 ft attached bathroom is equipped with basic amenities and has running hot and cold water. The room has an intercom phone and drinking water. Guests can also unwind before the Cable TV.
