Sightseeing

  • KIHIM beach at just 5 min walk-able distance. Which is on of the safest beach

  • One of the famous Shiv-ling which only comes out of water in the month of shravan is at kihim beach

  • Birla Temple is at 25km

  • COLABA fort one of the major water fort built by Shivaji maharaj in 1680 is at 10km

  • KANKESHWAR temple at 5km is a famous temple of lord SHIVA & has great history from Pandavas

  • Few other places are sagar gad, korlai fort, murud, janjira fort etc

  • Karmarkar MUSEUM at around 7km is an Museum of Sculpture at Sasavne

  • Paracelling activity is conducted at kihim beach but it is seasonal

  • Khanderi & Underi are 2 island out of which one can be visited. (seasonal) island is situated in heart of  ocean.( traveling is to be done by boat only)

  • Angre Samadhi is at Alibaug

  • Jerushalem gate is one of the places only at 2km From Kihim, where the naval force of israil entered India

  • Sun-set point at Bhal is 6km ( Datta Mandir)
