Tristar Hotels Pvt Ltd, which is currently running a 25-room extended-stay hotels in Bangalore and Svelte Personal Suites, Saket, 83 all suite business hotel in Saket, New Delhi, plans to build a pan-India hospitality business focused on high quality business of extended-stay all suite hotels / 5 star deluxe and 4-star hotels in the cities witnessing demand for rooms from IT/ BPO companies and business segments. Tristar Hotels Pvt Ltd has acquired land at 9 locations in the country for the purposes of setting up extended-stay suite hotels / 5 and 4-star hotels, spread over Delhi (Saket), Bangalore (Sarjapur and Outer Ring Road), Kolkata, Pune, Chandigarh (Mulapur), Mysore, and Dehradun. The total room keys after the proposed expansion are estimated to be 815 . All properties are scheduled to be operational by Dec ’09.
