local and traditional delicacies. The 'Masala' has set a special table
for Nepali meal served in a typical Nepali style.
The Masala also has a bar which offers
'Chaang' a local preparation of fermented millet. The drink is served in
a bamboo container with a hollow bamboo straw. A junction of varieties
of imported liquors, wine and mixed drinks, cocktails, mocktails and
served with melodious music.
