Bon Habi lodge is just a short walk from Kaziranga National Park, main entrance gate of Kohora Central Range. It provides visitors a truly exciting and rewarding jungle experience. The mainstay of Bon Habi lies on those people who dedicate their service for a cozy, homely and secured stay of all our esteemed guests.

Accommodation :

We offer 14 spacious, twin bedded cottages Which are large, airy and very modern in their layout. Magnificent views of tropical rain forest bordered with paddy fields are the norms for every cottage with attached bath and running hot and cold showers.

The Courtyard
Is an open large area in the centre of the Lodge surrounded by different kind of Trees with chirping birds- a great place to spend the winter days and evenings. Topical talks in the evening around campfire over a drink provides refreshing experience. Also it provides ideal set up for out star gazing in the evening. In the courtyard there is a special seating area shaded with bamboo and thatched roof for those who want to relax and read a book.

RESTAURANT

A large Restaurant serves as dinning area with 30 seats  capacity which  provides multi cuisine dishes and specialized ethnic food. A majestic lobby is adorned with ethnic yet modern furniture to bring in a gorgeous splendid look.     

Recreation

Sports and TV
The lodge is equipped with sport facilities of Volleyball and Badminton and indoor games such as Chess. There is TV and Video and a library of Wildlife films or to play your own video shot in the Jungle and have some interesting fun by sharing with others. All this are available on request.

3 Nights 4 Days Itinerary :

Day 1 : Arrive Guwahati Airport and drive to kaziranga (250kms / 5 hrs drive). Overnight in Bonhabi Lodge.

Day 2 : Early morning elephant safari. After elephant safari return to lodge for breakfast. After breakfast Jeep Safari to central range. Return to lodge for lunch. After lunch Jeep Safari to western range. Overnight in Bonhabi Lodge.

Day 3 : After early breakfast Jeep Safari to Eastern range. Return to lodge for lunch. After lunch visit local villages, Sightseeing / Panbari Reserve Forest. 

Day 4 : After early morning breakfast proceed to onward journey / Airport. Jungle plan end.

The above cost based on 4 pax to a vehicle on Jungle Safari.  4. The Jungle Plan includes only one Elephant safari. Rate are Valid for Foreign Nationals Only.
Note : Safaris by Jeep / Elephant are included in our Jungle Plan rate. As per the park limitations Elephant ride can not be guaranteed and is subject to availability. The money will be returned in case, if Elephant safaris are not possible. (Elephant Safari Rs.140/- for Domestic Tourist and Rs.1000/- for Foreign Tourist). Authority will put best of efforts to avail such Elephant safaris.
