You sip the drink through a slender bamboo straw called pipsing. Don't under estimate its smooth taste. It can pack quite a wallop for the unwary. The homely restaurant serves Indian, Continental, Chinese as well as Sikkimese cuisine. We suggest you try the delectable Sikkimese preparation of Stinging Nettle Soup and Mountain ferns cooked with yak cheese.
