Chang Bungalow is a famous budget hotel in the industrial hotel of Dibrugarh. In the middle of a working Assam tea estate, lies this 157-year-old bungalow. This bungalow was built by British planters. The construction is stern and stout. It is raised on wooden stilts to make it easier to straddle your elephant. Mancotta Chang Bungalow is located in the middle of Mancotta Tea Estate, just outside Dibrugarh (Assam - INDIA), 5km from railway station; 15km from airport.

Chang Bungalow is a famous Budget hotel in the industrial hub of Dibrugarh. It is one of those hotels which make you feel like being at home. The amount of comfort it provides in an economic rate is amazing. Yeah it’s true it is not a five star hotel but it is better than that in so far as the cordial ambience is concerned.
