NAKSHATRA is in the heart of Garumara National Forest. We are
bringing up this resort in the lap of nature without any single
destruction of the natural elements. Only we are giving the magical
touch of our traditional art and crafts which the natural ambience
demands. The resort provides you with a natural healing effect cocooned
in the heart of sprawling mountains in the backdrop, the silvery lake
cutting through the ground, alluring tea gardens, mushy wilderness and
lush greenery.

RAIL: -- New Jalpaiguri (70 Kms), New Malbazar (29 Kms) &
Moinaguri (19 Kms). From these stations one can hire car or jeep to get
into Lataguri via N.H.31A.
ROAD: --National Highway 31A connecting Siliguri with Guwahati
passed through Lataguri. Private as well as govt. buses ply here from
different parts of Dooars and also from Siliguri and Jalpaiguri.
CONFERENCE HALL & AUDITORIUM :
The elegant hall bearing true Indian aesthetics can accommodate up to 90
people at conferences, seminars, parties, film shows and cultural
programmes. Any gathering at this finely decorated hall will be a

Super Deluxe Suite :- 4 cottages for 8
families .These are super deluxe luxury cottages with spacious bedrooms,
balconies with breathtaking views, bathrooms with all modern amenities
including bathtubs, drawing room, dressing rooms, wooden watch-desks,
wooden furnished walls and ceiling. The interior is designed with
handicrafts, paintings and wooden furniture with a fragrance of natural
theme amidst a garden lawn around each cottage separately.
Deluxe Suite: - 3 cottages for 6 families. These are the luxury cottages
having large bedrooms, attached bathrooms, drawing room and dressing
room with marvelous view to sooth your eyes. The interiors are decorated
with handicrafts, paintings and wooden furniture as per the ambience of
the natural surrounding. Also separate garden lawn around each cottage
will create afresh lease.
Deluxe Family Room: - 3 cottages for 6 families. These are marvelous
cottages with pleasant and comfortable accommodation. Apart from four
bedded rooms and bathrooms with all modern facilities, these cottages
provide wooden walls and decks as demanded by the natural surrounding.
These cottages are accented with paintings, handicrafts and wooden
furniture. Moreover a separate garden lawn around the cottages presents
a pleasing ambience.
Restaurant :
Furnished with
traditional art and crafts, it incorporates a feeling of relaxing in the
lap of nature and relishing the mouthwatering dishes. The food matches
the ambience. Recipes are handed down from generations, with artful
decorations adding to the impression of superb creativity. Guests can
partake in various fine Indian, Chinese, tandoori, mughlai and
continental cuisine that will be handed down by the experience master
chefs.
ENTERTAINMENT :
Travel Desk & Sight seeing: The resort has tie –ups with eminent
travel agencies for your trouble-free trip. The travel desk takes care
of your train and flights tickets and arranges jeeps and cars for jungle
safari, sight seeing is mountain along with professional photographers
and guides.
Childrens Park: Situated beside the lake, the children’s park
provides games like swings ,climbers, triple rail slide, sand pits, ball
pools, etc to attract the kids at once. They are taken care by the
resort attendants, when you roam around. Other activities like drawing
lesson, music lesson are also given to the children.
Game Parlour & Courts: While indoor games carom and chess widen
your passion, games like badminton and volleyball awaits you outside.
Camp Fire: Guests can enjoy a camp fire on moonlit light on the
open lawn next to the rolling green on the open lawn next to the rolling
green tea gardens facing the majestic grandeur of kanchanjungha.
Fishing: The Boating lake cuts through the heart of the resort
from north to south. Emblazoned with perfect scenic beauty the lake is
the ideal place for languishing boat rides amidst the prolific beauty of
the surrounding forests. The lake can be the dream place of those who
like to spend a leisurely day fishing.
Farming: On about 7 Bighas in the Resort, farming is carried out
where vegetable of all types are grown. These vegetables in turn, are
use in the restaurant for cooking purposes. You can see and feel for
your self the whole idea and charm about farming.
