  Taking cue from the diversity in Indian culture, racial structure, geography, climate and of course indigenous cuisine, Saffron has successfully combined age-old culinary fare from different parts of the country and yet lent it a contemporary feel and taste by using "modern" ingredients. The coinage of the term "Contemporary Indian Cuisine" can be attributed to this modern pan Indian restaurant with cosmic décor. 
  
  The Saffron menu is a perfect harmony between east & west, north & south, between cosmos & creation and between romance & reality. Offering regional favourites from diverse cuisines, the must try list includes pasanda kebab, daab chingri, sikandari raan, makhan paneer, dum gohst biriyani and lychee kulfi just to name a few.

World cuisine on the menu created by Executive Chef Sharad Dewan is wholesome and authentic at any hour of the day or night.

• Roxy - Roxy, the new cocktail bar at The Park, Kolkata epitomizes the glamour and the style of the 60s. The highlight of the place is its spatial simplicity. A dramatic installation of polished aluminum ovals form a stunning shimmering texture against the contrasting bricky masonry wall. The furniture draws inspiration from stylish elements of the late 1960s. Combinations of aesthetic experimentation and sophisticated wit are common to the bar’s design. The bar enlists 56 varieties of wines from the world over, both classic and contemporary, and the extensive cocktails list includes daiquiris, margaritas, martinis and champagne cocktails amongst others. It also has an admirable cigar collection. The mobile DJ unit at the far end of the bar helps the DJ to interact with the ground floor and the mezzanine.

• Aqua - AQUA offers a glamorous al fresco bar and dining experience at The Park, Kolkata.
  This luxurious outdoor space entraps you with its changing moods. The daytime lounging area by the poolside becomes a perfect chill out zone in the evening, with music by the resident DJ.

• The Street - The Street, the newest addition to The Park Kolkata invokes the pulsating atmosphere of the energetic and vivid street life of Kolkata. Designed by the renowned Conran & Partners, UK, the four food stalls at The Street, stock up top picks from international street food be it hot dogs, salads and sandwiches shawarmas, kati rolls, crepes, waffles or even wine by the glass.

The state of the art banquet halls spread over an area of 15,000 sq ft, combine technology and design. Pine Hall, Rosewood Hall, Ebony room and Banyan Room, The Willow and The Birch with a combined capacity of 1500 people, offer the latest facilities for prestigious conferencing, elaborate parties and lavish banquets. Newly launched designer banquet space, The Galaxy, has an additional capacity of 500 people. It is the prime downtown location for any corporate or private affair.

  Apeejay Charter Private Limited, a part of the Apeejay Surrendra Group has acquired Skydancer: a 55 ft private luxury yacht for The Park, Kolkata.

  The luxury yacht is the first of its kind to anchor in the port of Kolkata and will be used particularly for the guests of The Park, Kolkata. This pleasure yacht has been manufactured and custom designed by Gulf Craft Inc., a world famous company, based in the UAE, manufacturing private yachts.
