year old structure the ‘Kholi’ or Rooms of the hotel have been laid out
in such a way that they seem to fit in naturally on the side walls of
the fortress. You can even find in places, the original prehistoric
stoned wall as a part of the modern room.
The interiors too are a quintessential
balance between the old world charm and the new world luxuries. And what
is now naturally accepted of all Kamat hotels, the rooms are all

shop, Located on the upper level of the
fort, this elegant coffee shop is where you go to get the most
authentic flavours of Maharashtrian cuisine. With the balcony
overlooking the Sahayadris, the low doorways of bygone era, and the
inner walls of the fort visible from the entrance, every bite you take
here will surely take you back to the days when the great Maratha
rulers reigned this land.
- Mostly Grills – The
barbeque grill restaurant, As the name
suggests here is where you can find some delectable and sizzling
grilled preparation and also other international cuisines. But what
truly captures the heart is the setting. Located on the roof top, this
restaurant is where you would like to sit for hours and hours taking
in the scenic beauty with equally soul rendering food.

Located on the lower level of the main fort,
these spacious rooms have uniquely designed bathrooms that let you
gaze up at the stars & feel the cool hill station breeze, all while

Suite Room -
4 unique suite rooms in the corners of the Fort, Pan
the vast open fields and hills that surround the Fort. These rooms
were used by the descendants of Pilaji Jadhav till the late 20th
century.
