Earlier it was ”Morija Bagh” in 1946 name from the Thakur Sardar Singh Ji Khandwa Morija . A Restaurant was started by grandson Thakur Kr. Shailendra Singh Rathore named as “Mumal”.

“Khandwa Haveli” heritage hotel was constructed in 1948 by his grandson "Thakur Pheap Singh Rathore" of “Khandwa” Churu later 8th Oct.1989. A Restaurant with Bar was started by "Kr. Shailendra Singh Rathore" with The Speciality of Rajasthani Cuisine of all Thikanas Like Jodhpur, Udaipur and Bikaner.

In the year 2000 the Heritage Hotel “Khandwa Haveli” was started with 20 Rooms having Roof Top Restaurant naming “Dagla”, Lush Green Garden naming “Morija Bagh”. The dining hall name is "Chamber of Princes"

“Mumal Bar” with Heritage liquor and old traditional wine for the wonderful experience of Rajasthani food, culture & cuisine.
