As the name suggests, Lake View Villa is a premium homestay situated on the banks of Fateh Sagar Lake in Udaipur. The homestay is all about comfort, tranquility, rejuvenation and peace of mind. Located in a peaceful and most exclusive area called Rani Road and only 10 minutes away from the city center, the home stay offers a breathtaking view of the captivating Fateh Sagar Lake, the Monsoon Palace and the exotic Aravali mountain range. All the major tourist spots and markets are easily accessible from the homestay.

Lake View Villa is conveniently located at 5 Kms from the Railway and Bus stations and a mere 25 Kms from the Maharana Pratap Airport in Udaipur (UDR).

Lake View Villa is the residence of a successor of the last noble ruler the Late Maharawal Chandraveer Singh of the erstwhile state of Banswara, who as a sovereign ruler, belonged to the majestic Sisodia clan of Rajputs. With the firsthand experience of having been raised amongst the Indian nobility, the owners of this gorgeous property, Mr. Mahesh Pratap Singh and his wife Mrs Meena Singh, have recently converted it into a wonderful “one of a kind” homestay in Udaipur.

Service

Our homestay offers an aura of calm, serene, comfortable and cozy stay. As resident owners, we personally oversee all the operations to ensure quality of service to our guests.

The homestay has a dining hall, which serves a choice of Indian or western breakfast and delicious Indian and Rajasthani delicacies, only on order during lunch and dinner. We cater for special diets such as vegetarian meals as well. We have a beautifully appointed lobby where you can relax and enjoy reading with a drink. Food & drinks can also be ordered from one of the three small lawns where you can sit and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Fateh Sagar Lake and the Aravali mountain range.

Other services offered are internet, rooms service, travel desk, laundry, doctor on call, safety lockers, sightseeing tours (on request).

Accommodation

Lake view Villa homestay has beautifully appointed guestrooms – a total of six (6) rooms. The tasteful decor and casual environment makes one feel that you are staying in your home and not in a homestay. Every room is spacious, exquisitely furnished and air-conditioned. The blend of furnishings create the ambience of the past blending with the present. Each room has a shared balcony.
