Location
Tiger Machan Resort is located in Sherpur
Village off the main Ranthambhore Road. The Sawai Madhopur railway
station is about 10 kilometres away and the main gate of the National
Park is only 2 km away from the resort.
Tiger Machan Resort is spread across lush
green land at the foothills of the Aravalli Hills. The 3 star resort is
flanked by large lawns, lush green trees and beautiful flower beds. The
driveway is lined with marigold flowers and leads straight up to the
dining area. Hidden from the main road, this small budget resort offers
splendid views of the rustic countryside.
Rooms
Tiger Machan Resort offers 10 Luxury air conditioned Tents and 6 Air
conditioned rooms with a sit out area. The rooms with red oxidized
flooring are done up in traditional decor, with typical Rajasthani
prints. The rooms are furnished with a bed, side tables and cane chairs.
They are equipped with modern amenities like balcony sit-out, phone
service, heaters, mineral water, internet and video and intercom
facility. The attached washrooms are facilitated with a bath tub with
hot and cold water facility.
The main building provides
four bedrooms that are self contained and can be used as individual
rooms or can provide the option for a small group to hire the entire
portion as a private space to be enjoyed together. All the rooms are
air-conditioned spacious with en suite bathrooms

tent set in the middle of the "TIGER MACHAN CAMP" acts as the dining
tent. Light muslin curtains keep in the light and the breeze while
adding a festive touch. Serving multi-cuisine food, made of fresh garden
vegetables mostly grown on-site, the dining area is a great place for
breakfasts and lunches. Dinners are mostly served al-fresco under the
stars and around a bon-fire. Authentic entertainment performed by an
internationally renowned Rajasthani troupe, complete the evenings.

Ganesh
Chaturthi
Perched on Renthambhor Fort is the temple of Lord Ganesha. Every Year
thousands of people gather here in honour of Lord Ganesha's birthday,
in the month of August- September.

Kaila Devi
In karauli district, a famous temple of Kaila Devi is situated where a
colourful fair takes place in the month of April/May during Navratras.
Lakhs of people from different parts of the country participate in the
fair.

Mahaveerji
The fair is held in village chandangaon to commemorate the memory of
Bhagwan Mahaveer. The fair is organized from Chaitra Shukla Navami to
Baisakh Krishna Ekam annually and attracts hundreds of Jain Pilgrims.

Situated on a hill, near Chauth ka Barwara town, is the temple
