and eateries. In additional all medical and security agencies are

Daily housekeeping
service from Mondays to Friday (except Saturdays, Sundays and
public holidays). This includes cleaning of floors and making of
beds, cleaning of kitchen equipments, dishes, etc. Our
Housekeeping team will come to the serviced apartment once a day
and do the cleaning.

An Account manager
is assigned for each apartment who is contactable on his mobile 24
hrs. This is your one point of contact to manage all aspects of
every requirement related to temporary stay such as placement,

guests with an array of menu's to order from thus giving them an
option of ordering food which suits their individual palate.

maintenance team of electricians, plumbers, carpenters etc. The
services also include complimentary dry cleaning of the sofa sets
and Complimentary fumigation of the serviced apartment on request.

Fully furnished three/four bedroom
apartments. Each apartment has a living room (Fully furnished with
seating for five people and a dining table for six). The living
room is Air-conditioned. The master bedroom and additional rooms
have attached bathrooms and are air-conditioned. Some of the three
bedrooms come with an additional utility room (where a single bed
or a Study table can be put on request). In addition to this there
is another guest bathroom in these apartments.

Each of the Bathrooms has storage
geysers for hot water with shower curtains and a bucket and mug.

The kitchen has necessary amenities
such as Fridge, microwave, stove, toaster, water purifier,
sandwich maker, Kettle for tea or coffee. All crockery, cutlery,
glassware (water, beer and wine glasses), cooking/serving utensils
and cookware is provided. On request Asian Kitchen Package
(includes teapot, teacups, large soup/noodle bowls, small soup
bowls, rice bowls, 4 pairs of chopsticks, and rice cooker) or
Indian Kitchen Package (rice cooker, Indian cooking
utensils/spoons, pressure cooker, cooking equipments to make
roti’s or chappati’s)

Duvets, upgraded sheets, pillows, Towels (both Bathing and Hand
Towels).
